What We Offer

At Magnolia Association Management (MAM), our goal is to provide the highest level of professional management to community associations and relieve board members and owners from the burden of their association's daily operations. Establish and maintain continuity as the individuals serving on the Board of Directors changes from year to year by preserving records and historical data for the association.

Smooth & Seamless Operation

We recognize that the Board of Directors is the boss. Our role is to serve under the direction of the Board. To help keep the association compliant with Washington state statutes and it's members with association's governing documents. We assist in the day-to-day operations, long-term financial planning of your association and oversee any on-site employees and/or vendors, ensuring your association's smooth, seamless operation.

Tailored Management

Each community association we manage differs from the next. Although the main management functions may be similar, by custom tailoring each of our management agreements to meet the associations' individual needs and budgets, Magnolia Association Management can provide a unique approach to your association's management.

Accounting & Financial

Accurate and timely, our accounting and financial services are designed for community associations. We offer ACH debits for the timely collection of association assessments, and we provide copies of paid invoices to the treasurer.

Administrative

We strive to make your time on the board enjoyable rather than burdensome. We assist with governance guidelines and policy development, maintain emergency contact information, coordinate your annual meeting, and welcome new owners throughout the year.

Contract Management

We develop specifications and obtain competitive bids for your routine maintenance. For major repair or replacement projects, we solicit proposals from professional consultants to develop project specifications, solicit bids, and monitor work performance.

Non-Contract Management

We can handle many of the minor tasks that are often major distractions through quality independent professionals. We are on call to handle any serious property emergency.
